Loperamide Capsule may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.

Loperamide Capsule is safe to use during lactation. Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.
Driving Loperamide Capsule may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Loperamide Capsule is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Loperamide Capsule is recommended.
However, inform your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.

Consult your doctor if your diarrhea lasts for more than 48 hours.
Do not use Loperamide mg Capsule if you have blood in your stool or if you are severely constipated.
Use caution while driving or doing anything that requires concentration as Loperamide Capsule can cause dizziness and sleepiness.
Stop taking the medication as soon as your symptoms are relieved.
